The app will not even allow me access to my account. Just gives an error message telling me to contact customer service. I did so, they said there's no problem on my account, but they would "look into it and call me back". Of course they didn't. I've rebooted my phone, changed data provider, but this app left me in an untenable position where I couldn't make a payment even after trying for hours. Very disappointing, ABSA really went down after changing from Barclays. Time to consider a new bank.

I would like to only use OTP for login. The app verification takes too long and has glitches when the app gets deleted off of the phone and then has to reinstall on another phone. Airtel and MTN money transactions hardly ever work.

Gift
This app works perfectly on iphone but I switched to android yesterday and the app is crashing, I can't even log in and I keep getting stuck with"app not responding" . Developers should work on this immediately, this is so inconveniencing
