This app is good for most operations, but disappoints when you really need it. When you're making purchases that need approval in the app, it either doesn't send the approval request or sends it after the time has expired. This leads to me abandoning the transaction, even after multiple attempts. From this perspective, it makes the app rather useless. You can't count on it, especially when you really need to make whatever purchase you wanted.

the app keeps crashing every 10 seconds. i have reinstalled it but no change. Also, it reflects that i have money in my savings account but i cannot access/transfer it.

I have been using this app for a very long time,and i haven't had any bad experience with it,it's user friendly,it's secure and does a good job. I have just updated to the new version and so far i only see the same useful features,i'm looking forward to experiencing more of what it has to offer,what i have noticed is the clarity of the features and i like that.All in all i would say it's quite a good app and i recommend it.😊
