THIS is not the app you are looking for. The website is where the working apps are located, but the location was printed on a piece of plastic that was applied to the scooters control panel. Mine had been taken off and destroyed but fortunately I was able to get the correct qr code from a picture taken. Crazy.

pairing mode causes the app to crash, there's also no way to log out of the app bar deleting your account.
