Unfortunately this app does not work, after pressing start it waits at a screen saying "loading additional content" and does not change. Trying on samsung phone, all requirements are met to run the app but no go. Unless I am doing something completely wrong, I don't recommend this.

Has been stuck downloading the additional file for 2 days. Uninstaller the app and tried again and still the same issue. Brought as a Christmas present and can't even use it. Perhaps the developers can have a look at this issue?

It doesn't download. It gets stuck on downloading additional content. I've tried on 2 separate phones and with the scan code and without. We bought the game and can't use it?
