Protocols are easy to view, streamlined, and easy to update. My only recommendation is to only update the protocols that need it, and not re-download all of them.

As an avid smart phone user this is time consuming. Selecting a protocol is ok, but to open ANOTHER app to view the actual written protocol. Should just be it opens in another slide/app page for quicker usage. Since EMS you may not have an extra minute, this should be streamlined.
