The app itself is terrible. It's like it constantly deletes your account and kicks you out. Try to use your old password and it won't work. Click on forgot password, and nothing happens. If you submit a request. Whoever handles the requests just closes them without actually doing anything. It's a completely worthless app.

Doesn't work. Tried twice to submit a report with a photo. Tried twice to input my description and it would not recognize the entry. I deleted the app

Looking to see what is available at my fingertips has been made easier by having this app. Although I'm trying to load it on another Phone and it's not showing up.
