Thus app use to work with Android Samsung phones. Why has it not worked for years now?!

Apparently the app does not work with many Samsung phones. I called the action center today and they told me it is a known issue. No work-around given. I agree it worked until the last update in March 2022. The person said he would follow up after talking with the developer. will change my rating if and when access is fixed.

The app used to work and I've used it on a few occasions to report some issues in Arlington. However, it's been several months since I've tried and now all I get is a blue screen. I have tried deleting the app and reloading it with no effect.
