Motivation is energy that can make us fight endlessly.

From ancient times until social media reigned supreme, young people have been identified with high ideals and passionate enthusiasm.

However, a recent study from the Journal of Abnormal Psychology states that teenagers and young adults who are now in their early 20s are actually more at risk of experiencing serious mental health problems.

Researchers say this is caused by excessive access to cell phones and reduced sleep time.

If we dig deeper, why does this happen? Well, we can actually relate this to the lack of motivation that young people have. Or in cool terms, I usually call it a motivational crisis.

- Because of laziness, their dreams will be neglected and not achieved
- Because their dreams are abandoned and not achieved, they keep thinking about it
- Because they keep thinking about it, they become confused about what
- Because I was confused about what to do, I ended up playing with my cellphone and not getting enough sleep.

Makes sense?!

The question is, "How do you have high motivation? Furthermore, is it possible for us to be motivated without being motivated like the title of this book?"
