This Android application is an explanation of the theory of teacher variables and their measurement, an in-depth study of teachers by Prof. Dr. Hamzah B. Uno, M.Pd. In Pdf format.

This book is a theoretical study of various aspects related to teachers, starting from the introductory section containing all kinds of things about teachers, in which it reviews various brands attached to teachers, including contract teachers, honorary teachers, assistant teachers, GTT teachers which have the connotation of non-permanent teachers or still not a teacher.

Next, the second part discusses teacher competence, which explains clearly the four teacher competencies, including pedagogical competence, professional competence, personal competence and social competence, all of these competencies along with their constructs and followed by operational definitions and measuring instruments. In the third part, teacher work discipline is discussed in depth.

This discussion is adapted to the disciplinary rules that apply to teachers, what they ideally look like and what happens in the field. As in the section above, the explanation of the problem of teacher work discipline begins by providing appropriate theories which are then followed by building the construct, after which it is explained and a measurement instrument is created.

In another part of this book, namely in the fourth section, teacher work performance is explained clearly, along with the theoretical construct and operational explanation of teacher work performance, then a measuring instrument is also created. In section five, the teacher's work environment is studied theoretically, followed by theoretical constructs, followed by operational definitions and equipped with measuring instruments. Likewise, the sixth section discusses teacher training with teacher working group activities or what is better known as KKG.

Theoretical constructs, operational explanations and measuring instruments were created to participate in this study. The same thing also happens in the seventh section, where the discussion is more complete regarding teacher work motivation, followed by constructs and operational definitions, and equipped with measurement instruments.
