The presence of this reading book for university teaching materials, the work of this lecturer, is a source of pride for us, the people of Banten, considering that this book is the result of the thinking and real work of lecturers in Banten. Therefore, we deserve to give positive appreciation to this work in order to foster interest in writing among lecturers and educators in general.

Banten Provincial Government through the Education Office. In 2013, awards were given to real works that had been produced by 20 (twenty) selected lecturers, to print and reproduce their works so that in the end the writing could be spread and used in all universities in Banten.

In order to strive for and encourage an increase in literacy culture for lecturers and students, in the future this book publisher will continue to do so and even increase both quantity and quality. This step was taken as a concrete form of concern from the Banten Provincial Government in facilitating the channeling of the interests, talents and writing abilities of lecturers in Banten.

We hope that this simple book can be helpful and useful for Tarbiyah Faculty students (in particular) in obtaining basic reference material for their learning psychology courses, so that they can develop and deepen the lecture materials given at the Tarbiyah Faculty. And hopefully this book will also be useful for society in general, educators, parents, practitioners and those who need the information contained in this book.

Considering the important role of this knowledge in the world of education and in supporting the educational profession and the family.
