Everyone definitely wants to be successful in life, but not everyone knows how and has the knowledge. Knowledge is the light that illuminates the path to your goals. The Prophet said: "Whoever takes the path to seek knowledge, Allah will make easy for him the path to heaven." (HR. Muslim).

It is recorded in history that there are many figures who we remember to this day because of the knowledge they possessed, even the superiority of humans compared to other creatures created by Allah lies in their knowledge.

Buya Hamka once said, "Eternal beauty lies in the beauty of a person's manners and the height of his knowledge, not in his face and clothes." Abdullah Ibn Mubarrak was once asked, "If Allah revealed to you that you would die this afternoon, what would you do? He answered, "I will immediately go to seek knowledge until death comes to take me."

Imam Syafi'i at a very young age already memorized the Al-Qur'an, also memorized and understood the book Al Muwaththa' by Imam Malik. He was very diligent and persistent in seeking knowledge, he studied from many teachers, never felt that he had enough knowledge, was always thirsty for knowledge, and when he heard of new knowledge, he pursued it even though he had to travel long and tiring.

Imam Syafi'i is respected by both state authorities and ordinary people because of the nobility and height of knowledge he possesses. This proves the word of Allah in Surah Al Mujadilah verse 11, "... Allah will elevate those who believe among you and those who are given knowledge by several degrees."

Experience is the best teacher. This book is full of the author's personal experiences, spoken in simple and straightforward language coupled with inspiring examples and stories, various references and depth of reflection on various life phenomena, making this book worthy of being read by all groups, especially young people who are studying.
