This Android application is an explanation of self-development strategies for building a productive personality by Robiansyah, SE, M.Sc. In Pdf format.

In general, this book has a somewhat different structure. Each article begins with an illustrated story that is relevant to the topic to be discussed. Most of it comes from personal experience. Then I discuss several key concepts related to the theme and then end with an action plan which is practical advice that can be followed up.

This Self-Development Book consists of three parts. First, talk about fundamental character. In this section there is an introduction to productive habits, then continued with a discussion of personal character traits (responsibility, upholding principles, and perseverance in completing things). The second aspect of character is related to interpersonal relationships with other people (abundance mentality, depositing goodness, and harmonizing relationships).

In this first part, most of the ideas I took came from Stephen Covey's thoughts in several of his books (Seven Habits, Principle Centered Leadership, and 8th Habits). Readers will find many of his thoughts in my writings in that section.

Many self-development experts and practitioners have used Covey's ideas as the basis for very effective character formation.

Entering the second part, I explain various concepts and techniques for effective learning. Several important topics are taught to new students, such as: learner ethics, respect for knowledge, fast learning, and implementation of knowledge.

All of this is very necessary for new students. They not only need to receive subject matter content in class, but also a set of learning skills, how to learn, which is the basis of a true learning culture.

In the third part I outline several important ideas and practical tips for preparing students for the world of professional careers. There are three topics I cover: talents and strengths, career calling, and professional apprenticeship. The end of the education process on campus is how students successfully pursue careers after graduating. Many students are slow to realize this and prepare it only after they graduate.

Hopefully this book can become a reference in student learning for the next semester. Not only in class lectures but also throughout their time on campus, even until they graduate. Apart from that, it is hoped that it can also be useful for other reading audiences in developing themselves to achieve a better future.
