However, this does not apply to murajaah. Because, it is no longer calculated monthly or annually, but throughout life. As long as a person who memorizes the Qur'an can still breathe, during that time he must continue to memorize or repeat his memorization, as a form of responsibility for the Qur'an he has memorized.
