This small book discusses the basic issues in sacrificial worship that every Muslim who wants to carry out this worship needs to know, so that the worship can be carried out as well as possible. Apart from basic problems, there are also several problems that may occur in society which are discussed briefly as a complement to this small book.

Law on Qurbani Worship: The law of sacrificial worship is sunnah as narrated by sayidina Abu Bakar Ash-Siddiq Ra and sayidina Umar bin Khathab Ra that both of them did not carry it out every year continuously for fear of being considered obligatory by people. For those who can afford it, it is makruh to leave without a reason.

The sacrificial service becomes obligatory with a vow or determination, namely when someone says, "I make this animal a sacrificial animal" or "This is my sacrificial animal" or something similar.

You can sacrifice for other people provided you get permission from that person because it is worship.

Qurbani for someone who has died. It is not valid to make a qurban for someone who has died unless they make a will.

Time to Intend the Qurbani Service: Included in the requirements for the sacrificial service is the intention, because it is worship, and the time is when you want to slaughter. You can also plan ahead if you have specified the animal that will be used as a sacrifice. Those who represent can make an intention when handing it over to the representative.
