As time goes by, literary works are becoming less popular with the public, especially the campus community, namely students. It is proven that there are few students who write unique and interesting stories about their lives in the media or in personal notes. In fact, if they want to write from their own point of view, unique and interesting stories will definitely appear in the writing sections of print or online media.

It is a shame that the wealth of imaginative ideas that God has given to humans is not written down in literary works. The digital era has closed human creativity to only consume what other people present to them. This kind of phenomenon will worsen when there is no will and awareness on the part of every human being to write their imagination into the form of literary works.

PLASTER is an annual agenda of LPM DIMёNSI to facilitate the interest in studying literature for members of the Literature Division through coordination with CO PSDM (Human Resources Development) who is responsible for this agenda because PSDM takes care of everything related to development and education at LPM DIMёNSI, including implementing the PLASTER (Training) program Alternative Literature). The syllabus for literature training includes: discussing history, developments and phenomena of contemporary literature, literary schools and literary criticism.

Praise be to LPM Dimensi for successfully carrying out PLASTER (Alternative Literature Training) activities. The event was held on Saturday-Sunday 30-31 March 2019, at Telaga Aqua Bumi Sendang, Tulungagung. There were four presenters, three of whom were LPM DIMENSI alumni. First is Tri Harianto, second is Rizka Hidayatul Umami, and third is M. Ilham Mustofa.

Incidentally, they are still involved in the world of literature and created a platform, namely sadha.net. Meanwhile, the fourth speaker was Wawan Susetya. He is a humanist and book writer. He has written more than 60 book titles which have been successfully published by major publishers. Apart from that, he is also a Jannatul Maiyah activist in Tulungagung and is active in various literacy communities.

The aim of writing RTL PLASTER short stories is to develop the ideas obtained, where participants already understand the history of the period, genre and literary criticism. Apart from that, participants will be more enthusiastic about their work and can later become famous writers according to the title "Sebiru Sendu" which means there is always sorrow before achieving success. Various neat, interesting, funny, sad and happy stories are collected in "Sebiru Sendu".


Hopefully the material content of this application can be useful for self-introspection and better improvement in everyday life.
