In training activities, interpersonal communication is a must to ensure a harmonious relationship between resource persons and participants. The effectiveness of communication in training activities depends on both parties. However, a resource person has responsibility for the effectiveness of communication in the training process.

The point is that effective communication is really needed in the training being held, so that participants can understand well the message conveyed by the resource person, with effective communication it can also lead to enjoyment and happiness as well as understanding the material being presented.
