About this app

This Android application is an explanation of the superior school model for integrating religious education in the formation of student character at SDIT by Dr. Hasan Basri. In Pdf format.

Combining written sources with field experience and information from educational practitioners at SDIT, this model book was born. This book discusses one of the many important issues in the world of education, namely the integration of religion in the implementation of education in schools.

Religious education teachers in schools are still considered to be independent and separate from other subjects. Religious education is considered the most responsible for the formation of students' character. Meanwhile, teachers in other subject areas are considered only responsible for the lessons being taught.

So when there is a problem with a student's character at school, the first person to focus on it is the religious education teacher or religious teacher. When a student has a problem or is caught in the law, the religious teacher is blamed. Religious teachers who are considered unsuccessful.

In fact, character education for students at school is the responsibility of all teachers and even all school residents. So that this task can run and be carried out as a shared responsibility, the school needs to make itself a place that integrates all its activities in forming student character. In other words, religion as a basis for character formation needs to be included in all learning activities and other school activities.

The study in this book describes the implementation of integrated religious education in shaping student character which has been practiced by four Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools (SDIT), especially those in Kendari. Based on observations, recognition from parents and the community, shows that SDIT in Kendari has advantages that are not possessed by schools of the same and same level in this area. That's why this book is entitled Superior Schools, Models for Integrating Religious Education in the Formation of Student Character at SDIT.

The implementation model was described and then developed into an integrated model that has gone through a series of discussions and revisions from several Islamic education experts and practitioners as well as policy holders in the fields of primary and secondary education. The result is a hypothetical model for implementing integrated religious education in SDIT, which can also be applied in other elementary schools.


Hopefully the material content of this application can be useful for self-introspection and better improvement in everyday life.
