This Android application is an explanation of the easy and practical writing of HR Management Thesis Proposals by Robiansyah. In Pdf format.

This book is a collaboration between me as a lecturer and my thesis guidance student, Nurbaba. The origin of the book is actually an outline that we often use in research methodology classes and HRM class seminars as a reference in preparing student thesis proposals.

We usually use an outline or proposal outline as a tool to make it easier to guide students in writing their thesis proposals. Of course, there is a weakness, namely that it is still too general. Meanwhile, the main problem of students is their weakness in writing skills in general and scientific writing in particular.

Finally, we tried to develop the outline into a practical guide regarding technical writing step by step, accompanied by examples that can be used as a reference in developing writing.

This book consists of three parts, namely: the first part explains the obstacles commonly faced by students in writing a thesis proposal. The second part contains detailed steps on the technique of writing all the parts in a proposal, starting from the background to the questionnaire attachment. In part two there are instructions for readers to apply practical steps with the letter P code (from P1 to P45).

Meanwhile, the third part consists of an explanation of how to combine all the parts that have been written and add the sheets that are required to be in the proposal as specified in the faculty thesis guide. We have also attached an example of a brief and complete outline of a proposal in the attachment section of this book.

We hope that this book will be useful and make it easier for students to prepare their thesis proposals, especially for the HRM concentration. We would like to thank all parties for their help, especially our fellow lecturers in the management department of FEB Unmul who provided a lot of input regarding the teaching of research methodology courses and class seminars.


Hopefully the material content of this application can be useful for self-introspection and better improvement in everyday life.
