This book tells the life journey of Bawon Adhi Vitoni, who is familiarly called Gus Bay - the nickname "Gus'; according to him, it is "Gus Honoris Causa" which was given to him by his closest friends both in government circles and certain communities. The story begins from his childhood, which continues into adulthood, his career journey as a civil servant in the East Java Provincial Government for 32 years, and focuses on his struggle with his team in carrying out the East Java Provincial Government program, namely realizing an East Java that is prosperous and has good morals within the framework of the Republic of Indonesia.

The real step of this program is the closure of localizations in East Java, which is not done arrogantly, but humanely.

The book was prepared as a form of appreciation for the Governor of East Java, Dr. It is hoped that H. Soekarwo can inspire and become a reference for other provinces in Indonesia in carrying out the same program. Even though Gus Bay did not go directly into the field in executing the closure of the entire localization due to a change of place of duty, the hall did not mean his work was left aside. He remains the commander in chief who plays an important role in the closure process. He mapped, planned, socialized regional areas, and collaborated with interested parties before, during and after the closure.

Writing this book took a short time, while collecting data and references regarding the localization closure process took a long time and was not easy because the incident occurred in the period 2010 -2016. However, with the clear help of various parties, the writing team was able to complete this book within the specified time.

This book is presented in straightforward language and a popular writing style so that it can be enjoyed and understood by a wide range of readers.

Final Words, through this book the author hopes that readers can understand that the process of humanization is a struggle that does not stop at one time, but must continue throughout time in order to create a prosperous and moral society and for the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia.
