In recent years, motivational training has mushroomed throughout Indonesia, but we feel that the social contribution of speakers and writers to this nation is less visible. The two things that come to our mind are material contributions to our society which is in decline and contributions of inspiration and enthusiasm or motivation to our fellow countrymen who are drowning in the current of pessimism and despair.

We cannot deny that the presence of motivators has given color to this nation. Not a few have testified how their lives changed for the better after receiving inspiration or motivation, whether through seminars they attended or books they read.

That is what encourages us to invite motivators in this country to bring various ideas, enthusiasm, concerns, knowledge, expertise and abilities to our society. We consider a collection of writings by motivational speakers as a form of solidarity to build our nation.

For this reason, we would like to thank those who have taken the time to contribute to this book despite their busy schedules. We really hope that this article can inspire and motivate readers, especially when the global economy is being hit by a crisis.
