This book can be used as reading material for the general public, this book explains the mechanisms and reasons for dismissing the President based on the constitution. In Indonesia's constitutional history, the President has always been dismissed in the middle of the road, not until the end of his term of office and it could be said that the President's dismissal was unusual, because the constitution as the highest basic norm does not regulate this, both the mechanism and the reasons for his dismissal.

Then the 1945 Constitution after the amendment regulates more firmly the reasons for dismissing the President and the mechanism for dismissing the President during his term of office, namely in Article 7A of the 1945 Constitution, if he has committed a violation of the law, in the form of treason against the State, corruption, bribery, other serious criminal acts, or acts disgraceful even if it is proven that they no longer fulfill the requirements to be President and Vice President.

This book is of course still far from perfect, both regarding its content and technical writing, therefore criticism and suggestions are needed to improve the next edition to be better.
