Friday is a holiday every week for Muslims. Basically, there are no bad days in Islam, they are all good. However, there is one day that Allah has made a more glorious day than other days. That's Friday.

Friday is so glorious that the scholars wrote about the glory of Friday in a separate book.

For example, Ibnul Qayyim Al-Jauziyah (d. 751 H). He is one of the Hanabilah scholars who is very productive in writing works, one of which is the Book of Zaad al-Ma'ad al-hadyu ilaa Sabiil ar-Rasyaad.

In the book it is explained that Friday has 33 special features based on the hadiths of the prophet which are considered authentic.

Apart from Ibnul Qayyim, there was also Imam Jalaluddin As-Suyuthi (d. 911 H), he was one of the scholars from the Shafi'i school of thought who was also very productive in producing works.

One of his works is the book Nurul lum'ah fi khashaish al-Jum'ah, where in the book it is explained that Friday has up to 100 virtues.

Therefore, there are several cases that initially had permissible laws, then turned into sunnah. Or what was originally permissible has turned out to be makruh or even haram. This is all because of the special nature of Friday.

Therefore, the presence of this small book will discuss a little about what fiqh problems occur on Fridays and how the law is explained according to the ulama.
