The Book of At-Taqrirot As-Sadidah Fil Masa'il Al-Mufidah is a contemporary fiqh book compiled to explain several fiqh issues following the al-Shafi'i school of thought. This book was compiled by Habib Hasan bin Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Salim al-Kaf, a well-known scholar today. He compiled the book al-Taqrirat based on several books of fiqh left by the previous al-Shafi'iyyah scholars and also sourced his studies with several well-known scholars, especially al-'Allamah al-Habib Zain bin Ibrahim bin Zain bin Sumaith (1936-).

This book was first published in 2003 by Dar al-'Ilm wa al-Da'wah in Tarim City, Republic of Yemen. This first published book only talks about the worship part. In the preface to this book, the compiler has stated his desire to continue compiling this book, covering the sections muamalat, faraidh, munakat, jinayat to the book al-'itq. This first chapter of the book covers 565 pages including the preface, remarks by the scholars and the contents page.

The preparation of this book is a persistent effort by Habib Hasan al-Kaf to educate the Islamic community in studying worship as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. The preparation of this book makes it easier for readers to understand "turas" in the writing of fiqh, which at this time there are not many people who are able to understand the old way of writing which causes this science to be somewhat less popular.

Among the features of this book is the division of easy fiqh problems and some of the latest fiqh issues are also included in this book. With the publication of this book, he has been able to describe some of the complications and difficulties for those who want to understand the fiqh of the Shafi'i school.

For now, the author of the book al-Taqrirat al-Sadidah uses this book as a text for studying fiqh in his science assembly. Therefore, he stated that the contents of this book might change according to the needs of Muslims, both from the aspect of their understanding of the contents of the book and the addition of some current fiqh issues that require explanation.
