Da'wah and technology are inseparable. This is based on the concept of contemporary da'wah which is easily accepted by today's people. Technology is not something that is prohibited, even though in the time of the Prophet Muhammad there was no technology that was developing rapidly today.

The development of da'wah needs to pay attention to technological developments, so that what is presented is easy to accept, and is not out of date. Although not all information technology developing today is positive, there are advantages and disadvantages for human life. With the existence of information technology, it can be used as a medium for Islamic da'wah.

Technological progress is like a double-edged knife, on one side it makes work easier and on the other side it can harm other people. Technological progress really depends on and in whose hands. When it is in the hands of good people, the benefits are good, conversely, when it is in the hands of bad people, the impact it produces is bad.

So it is the user who determines which way he uses it, good or bad depending on the user's hands. Therefore, as a preacher, you are required to be skilled at using and exploiting the results of advances in information technology, including YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter.
