This Android application is an explanation of the Discourse on Science Integration from Transdisciplinarity to Wahdatul Ulum by Dr. Azhari Akmal Tarigan, M.Ag.. In Pdf format.

This book was born based on a very urgent need, not only for UIN students themselves but also for lecturers teaching the Wahdatul Ulum course. Actually, up to now there are several books that can be used as references, namely; The book Wahdatul Ulum Scientific Integration Paradigm and Character of Graduates of UIN SU Medan written by Prof. Dr. Syahrin Harahap, et al. Then the book Wahdatul Ulum Paradigm, Transdisciplinary Perspective. There are three books related to research and learning.

The editor of this book is Parluhutan Siregar who specializes in transdisciplinary studies. Long before that there was also a book written by Prof. Nur Ahmad Fadhil Lubis entitled, Reconstruction of Islamic Higher Education. The last book the author found was Fridiyanto's work, Paradigma Wahdatul Ulum UIN North Sumatra (2020). However, these books cannot yet be used as structured and systematic teaching materials. However, teachers, as basic material, must read these books well.

This book consists of 11 chapters. Starting with a discourse on the concept of science in the Al-Qur'an, Science and Tauhid, Problems of Science and responses from Muslim scholars. The study continues with a discussion about integration, the integration models that exist at UIN and of course those that apply at UIN North Sumatra. The final section will discuss the character of UIN North Sumatra graduates.


Hopefully the material content of this application can be useful for self-introspection and better improvement in everyday life.
