This Android application is an explanation of thematic anthology of hadiths, a review of hadiths in social life by Muhammad Alif, et al. In Pdf format.

The word Hadith comes from Arabic, in the al-Muhith dictionary as expressed by Muhammad ibn Muhammad Abi Syuhbah, Hadith has at least two meanings (Language & Terms).

Etymologically Hadith means something new, apart from that Hadith has the meaning of good news, a little or a lot, the plural form of Hadith is Ahâdits. In terms of terminology, Hadith is formulated in various meanings among scholars, including:

1. According to Hadith scholars: "everything that was reported from the Prophet SAW in the form of words, deeds, taqriri, characteristics and things about the Prophet".

2. According to Ushul Fiqh Experts: "Hadith, namely everything that is attributed to the Prophet SAW apart from the Qur'an, whether in the form of words, deeds, or taqrir of the Prophet related to Sharia Law."

3. According to Fuqaha: "Everything that was determined by the Prophet SAW which is not related to fardhu and obligatory matters."

When the word Hadith is expressed absolutely, what is meant is something attributed to the Prophet SAW and sometimes also something attributed to friends and tabien.

If the words Khabar and Atsar are expressed absolutely, then what is meant is something that is attributed to the Prophet SAW, to the companions and to tabîn, with the exception of the Khurassan jurists, they call the Hadith mauquf as atsar and marfu as khabar.

So Thematic Hadith Study is a scientific discipline in the field of hadith which aims to collect several hadiths according to a predetermined theme.
