This is a brief guide to the basics of faith for Muslims based on the understanding of Ahlussunnah Waljama'ah adherents from the classical ulama known as the Sultan Aulia.

Sheikh Abdul Qadir Al-Jailani discusses the first steps of a believer in reorganizing the principles of his faith and Islam (from monotheism, love of the Prophet, to the nature of the afterlife) so that he can apply them in life.

Apart from that, we are introduced to various schools of faith (firqah) that deviate from the teachings of the Koran and Sunnah. With that, we can be careful in dealing with the many heretical sects past and present.
