The app and customer service worked well for me for a while there. Then it all went south for some unknown reason. I haven't gotten any satisfactory explanation from the people I have reached out to at TAI Sacco. Unreliable and frustrating system to use, in more ways than one! π‘ 0 π from me. πππ Ray.

The Sacco services are good, the app has improved but check balance should not attract charges.

It's good that you now have an app. But I am highly disappointed that you charge some for any enquiries over the app. While at the same time am paying for bundles. Check with other Banks they don't charge for any enquiries you make via the app. That's very wrong.
