The book Shafwatu Zubad or better known as Matan Zubad contains three important scientific disciplines in Islam, namely the science of monotheism, fiqh, and Sufism. These three sciences are a reflection of the hadith narrated by Umar's friend about Islam, faith and ihsan.

Ibn Ruslan arranged this matan in the form of rajaz, as is more often used in several existing manzhumah books. Even though it is in the form of nazham, Matan Zubad is quite easy to understand for students or beginners. Matan, which contains the essence of the laws of fiqh, is very suitable as a guide for us in navigating the ark of life in the world.

Hopefully the presence of this book can help teachers and students better understand the contents of the book Matan Zubad, so that it can add to the treasures of Islamic knowledge, especially fiqh, monotheism and Sufism.
