This is a translation book from the book Kasyifah as-Saja Fi Syarhi Safinah an-Naja which is one of the many sharah books compiled by Sheikh Allamah Muhammab bin Umar an-Nawawi al-Banteni. In essence, the sharia book explains the field of Ushuludin which is accompanied by several Fiqhiah issues which may be very waqi'iah so it is not surprising that the book is used as a reference book by students to know the laws.

Some students asked us to translate the sharia book, even though we are not actually experts in translation. However, as it is said, "Every bad thing does not necessarily have a completely negative impact," because there may still be a positive impact that it produces.

Because of this, we take the liberty to translate it in the hope that it can be included in the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, "The best people are those who are most beneficial to others."

In translating this classic book, we are guided by Kasyifatu as-Saja's own yellow book and the al-Munawwir Dictionary by Syeh Ahmad Warson Munawwir. We include the original text of the book with the aim of giving blessings so that this translated book can also provide comprehensive benefits like the Sharia book and dictionary.

If errors are found, either in terms of writing or understanding, then it is due to our ignorance and if the truth is found then it is from Allah which was entrusted by Sheikh an-Nawawi al-Banteni.
