I funded my wallet and I was unable to login back to my account through the app up till this moment. I don't know maybe it's a robot or a quack customer service I have been complaining to because their response looks Doctored. They've refused to refund me my money. For the second time I have had this problem.

More bugs need to be fix in this app. Funding option in the app is not working as I'm finding it very difficult to fund my wallet from the app. I have very unsatisfied experienced also from the app twice when I purchased 3gb of glo data for my customer, my wallet was debited while my customer's number was not credited with the data and up till now neither my wallet was refunded nor my customer's number credited with the data. The same thing still happened four days ago when I purchased MTN SME

I fund my wallet since yesterday and it's has not reflected till today. The customer service is handled by either robot or a quack. Rubbish app and and rubbish services I edited my post because the #4000 is now in my wallet
