This app is not working each time I click start here the screen goes black and no matter what I do nothing changes

We tried 3 times uninstall and reinstall still black we are going to try 4th time please fix these in past we're all good n Educational please fix

Would not let me or my daughter use. It said start here and as soon as you touch that the screen would go black.
