The reason of this app is (LAMAA LANAA) that people cant say that wasa dont have app but they can say instead of solving the problem and after that getting a phone call from goverment officer there automated system replys back after 24 hours that it has been taken care of.

Pathetic App and Pathetic services from WASA. This app doesn't store any of your previously added information like name address thus if app crashes, you have to start over from the scratch. Then comes WASA and they never respond to your complaints you put in this app. Very good initiative but a waste of time for users complaining and waiting for their complaints to be resolved.

The app only lodges a complaint, nothing else. You can't view bills or pay bills. I don't see any reason to install this app when you can as easily lodge a complain over phone. Pathetic.
