Through this book, it is hoped that it will provide a complex understanding of the role of illustrated works produced by the virtual community as a medium of da'wah in the digital era.

The author hopes that this book can provide benefits to readers from various backgrounds, both for scientific reference purposes in the study of visual da'wah in Indonesia and as a basis for research on art learning.

Specifically, this book discusses one of the virtual Muslimah communities in Indonesia, namely Hijabographic. Hijabographic can be said to be a pioneer in initiating the visual da'wah movement through works of visual communication, especially illustrations. In collecting the data presented in this book, the authors conducted participatory observations and developed intense interactions with the founders, members and followers of the Hijabographic community.

In recent years, the widespread use of social media as a means of preaching has encouraged the emergence of a new phenomenon, namely Visual Da'wah. This book discusses the Visual Da'wah Movement initiated by a group of Muslim women who are members of the Hijabographic virtual community.

The phenomenon of visual da'wah does not only represent a massive Muslim women's movement in preaching, but also an illustration of how Muslim digital literacy can provide a significant role in giving new breath in Islamic da'wah.

Virtual communities that have been initiated by Muslim women in Indonesia are a consequence of the emergence of cyber culture. Providing inspiration and taking a significant role in visual da'wah on social media.
