For the Indonesian people, Ramadan is not only a matter of religion or sharia, but has transformed into a matter of tradition which is difficult to separate from the lifestyle and mentality of the nation.

The tradition of this month of Ramadan is very attached in such a way that it becomes an indication of how attached the Islamic religion is to the lifestyle and lifestyle of the Indonesian people. Second, traditions that are still in line with Islamic law in general, but are not specifically ordered to be carried out only in the month of Ramadan.

Third, traditions that have absolutely no basis from Islamic law, and even tend to be contradictory.
