In this book we will discuss about qadha' fasting when leaving the obligation of fasting and fidyah.

There are several reasons why someone does not fast. Some because it is permissible in the Shari'a not to fast, they are only obliged to make up for another day of fasting, some are ordered to pay fidyah to feed the poor. It's just that there are also people who don't fast not because of shar'i reasons, but just because of laziness.
