Ramadhan is the month when the Koran was revealed, a book of guidance for humans, a way of life for every Muslim. The Qur'an was revealed to be a warning for living hearts and a healing medicine for believing Muslims. It functions as a book of life guidance that provides guidance on the straight path, for the happiness of mankind.

Ramadan is also the month when it is mandatory to pay zakat, as an effort to build bridges of hearts, between the hearts of people who have them and the hearts of people who don't have them. Since the beginning of Islam, zakat has been the basis for cleansing the souls of rich people and funds that have great potential for building civilization, both in the fields of education, da'wah, social affairs, and even for building facilities for worship.

Many things happen in the month of Ramadan when a Muslim fasts, some of which are related to the person doing the worship and some are related to the validity of the worship itself.

This book provides answers to the matters mentioned above, both related to differences in views of ulama regarding when to start fasting, how to fast, worship services that are encouraged in the month of Ramadan, in addition to several fatwas relating to the attitudes of people who are fasting.

The author is very confident that this book is very useful for Muslim families who are in the months of Mercy and Maghfirah. May Allah always accept our worship and reward it according to Allah's promises in his book the furqan. Amen.
