Among the scholars who provide perfect ethical guidance to teachers are: Maulana Syekh Isma'il bin Syekh Muhammad Thahir al-Alabi al-Banjari (hereinafter referred to as "Datu Isma'il"), may Allah ta'ala bless him, Aamiin.

Among the ethics of Datu Isma'il are:
1. Accompanying his teacher's evenings.
2. Loyal to bring a lamp for his teacher.
3. Mulazamah perfect with his teacher; left with his permission and married of his choice.
4. Obey the teacher.

It is commonly known that ethics is like ink for a pen, it is impossible for a pen to write without ink, as it is often said "Science is like salt and ethics is like flour".
