Answer: It is well known that judging someone who disbelieves requires two important things, namely:

1. Knowing the proposition (understanding of the texts) from the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah. An act of kufr can cause a person to leave this religion. In the syar'i texts, there are times when kufr is mentioned, but the meaning is not kufr which can expel the perpetrator from religion. So it must be known whether these syar'i texts show actions.
