In Lost Pages, play with an entirely new and unique original deckbuilding system. The elemental deckbuilding system we've devised doesn't involve random card draws but instead requires a random draw of resources (elements of fire, water, earth, air) to use spells. This novel approach was recognized for its originality at the Google Indie Game Festival, offering a completely new deckbuilding experience.

Going beyond just drawing elements, a distinctive element called Ether makes the game even more rich. The nature of the Ether element is determined at the moment it is drawn, and it always triggers a draw of another element, potentially leading to a chain draw.

This game is fantastic compared to other deck builders in the genre. The graphics could use some spicing up to add a bit more to the game, (especially the cards), but the content more than makes up for it. There are IAPs but they are fair and wholly unnecessary to enjoy gameplay.

from what I've experienced so far, there's a similarity in combat to games like Slay the Spire but with it's own take in the card system. all cards are available but have cool downs and rely on elements which are drawn randomly, which is a good choice balancing player agency with luck and chance.

What an absolute cash grab this latest update turned out to be they introduced an entire new currency that can only be acquired by paying for it. They've also reset all the progress from any of the challenge difficulties even if you had the warp difficulty already unlocked. Update: dev's response changes nothing it is in fact still entirely a cash grab with a distinct inclination towards pay to win.

Resetting progress at the start of each season has always been part of our season update, and was announced. You don't understand what the new currency is at all. At least click it and understand what its purpose is, before criticize it. We have spent our effort to make this game great. Come to discord and ask other users if this is a p2w game.
