Fay Servicing Mobile Access

This app is horrible. I put in my user name and password. Doesn't work. I ask forget password, they send a new one. It still doesn't work. I recover my username and it's the same one I've been putting in. It's a nightmare.

I haven't used the app yet but the company is completely shady. They will force their own insurance on you even if you have a policy in place. They will also try to make you get insurance policies on individual units in a multi family property even with an insurance policy in place that has been in place for 8 years. Run do NOT walk away from Fay Servicing!

Fay Servicing has been very helpful during rough financial times these past 4 years. My mortgage may have been the only financial account that helped me stay on track without causing me stress or costing me additional money for added fees.
