[SOLVED: clear data and cache in app settings/storage] Did not work on Samsung S9+: "please wait" forever for news and "can't receive data" for videos. Uninstall/install did not help

Die App ist gut um Informationen bezüglich des Festivals schnell aufzurufen. Ich persönlich finde es aber schade, dass die gekauften Tickets nicht über die App aufrufbar sind, sondern ich dennoch die Europapark App auf meinem Handy brauche. Außerdem leiten die meisten Tabs in der App den Nutzer nur auf die Website weiter weshalb die Brauchbarkeit der App etwas fragwürdig bleibt.
