I have to say. I am not impressed. You have to relogin every time you use the App. At least have biometrics support to make it easier? It's already frustrating enough to type on a small screen with a small keyboard for log-in details. Apart from the card registration being easy, there's not much features that are noteworthy or useful. And here I thought Intellicare's Agora App was bad, I didn't think I'd see something worse. Sadly there aren't any alternatives so no choice but to use it.

This would have been a 0-star rating if 0 was an option. I never noticed that when I typed my phone number in, the app jumbled the numbers I typed and thanks to whoever built this app because there is just no way for me to correct it. So, no matter how many times I erased it and reentered the right one, the system could only and detect the first one I entered. How satisfying and convenient this is! Good job.

To be honest, if I could rate "0" I would do so. This app should help members to check their coverage, benefit limit, accredited hospitals and clinics, and other information needed but failed to do so. All they have is a page where you would scroll up and leads you to nothing. It is also very hard to navigate the app since it's navigation buttons are useless which leads to not giving what you intend to know about your insurance. Hope the app will be better in the future.
