Capa Connect

It struggled to connect to wifi etc. It worked only at that moment. The app is crashing since then and I cannot connect.to the heater. I spent more cos the heater was wifi enabled but if the app given is not working, you have wasted my money. FYI.. I have the latest Android version on my Samsung phone. Need a fix asap. Update. I have to always uninstall the app and reinstall for it to work but again it's only for that instance only. Want it resolved asap.

This app will not allow we to complete setup as "Wifi Name is too long" it suggests I reconfigure my router and create a smaller wifi name with less than 20 characters. Mind you my wifi is 22 characters long to differentiate between our three bands. I will not be resetting my router for ONE app. What is the purpose of this request? Is the app so poorly made that it cannot facilitate more than 20 characters. Smart heater? Laughable. Maybe get one of your smart Devs to fix this character limit.

Can't connect to it since first connect, keeps thinking it's on a calander timer. N when it's frosting and having an asthmatic son n daughter having it decide to switch off in the night. And it won't take my new settings. And app will install but not load
