Unable to access after a few successful log in attempts on separate days. It gives an error message saying the app cannot connect to the bank and that you should contact customer service if the issue persists. This is after clearing the cache, deleting, and re-downloading this app on multiple occasions in the same day. Super frustrating. Update: unable to log in even though my credentials have been accurate entered. Also unable to change the password even though I received the reset code...

Edited The only problem I have is that it doesn't update properly and show all transactions. Also, instead of subtracting what was deducted, when money is added to the account. It adds to what was previously there, making it seem as if you have more money when you don't. It does show what the available balance is.. Other than that, it's good with everything else. Like making transfers, everything is easy to find, and the app is easy to use. Since I posted in 2020, they have fixed those bugs.

For the past couple of days I have been having an issue adding a payee. I keep receiving an error message in the app even tho I receive text messages that an attempt was made. Call cx service 3 different times and was told that they would escalate and call me back, no call back and issue still persists. How do you know when your app is not working if cx speak about issues but they are not investigated or resolved?
