Although the workouts work, the way the app is executed to try and explain and have the user understand it, has little to no information on how to do the exercises. The pictures are very poor too explain how to perform the actions. It's still needs much work to explain the workouts well

Bug: after last exercise timer completes, stuck with "Done" button and no sound notification. Pressing Done button restarts the last exercise instead of finishing routine.

I wish it's possible to rate it without a star because, honestly this is minus -1 star. Very very poor (×100) quality and graphics
