Stupid application!! Wast of time , very complicated in the process of activation to surprise me with a useless service, it doesn't work all the time gives incorrect pin and I have to find another way to transfer money and solve my problem.. Really it's the worst application ever !! I don't recommend it at all. It even doesn't have the minimum amount of app development, worst tech team ever in case they know something about technology!

It always gives incorrect code. I can't do any transaction since its last update. The customer service and technical support didn't do anything solving this problem, just forcing me to reactivate the token without fixing anything. Very bad service

This application is useless and the customer service agents are clueless all they were taught to tell us the clients is to delete the app and reinstall it and every time you have to call them to disconnect the service in order to be able to register again which is something unheard of as in my other bank the whole process from deleting the app to registering again is done by the client and online! Bm soft token always gives an error even if you succeeded to register, bm online refuses the OTP!
