Code of Civil Procedure - ZPO (Code of Civil Procedure - Federal Republic of Germany. Entered into force on: October 1, 1879) - regulates the judicial procedure in civil legal disputes and came into force in its original version on October 1, 1879 as part of the Reich Justice Laws. It should be “practically useful and expedient” and “solve the legal dispute in the simplest, shortest and safest way”.
