BEWARE: Totally unreliable, cannot be trusted. I was using the free version. I created an account, logged quite a few expenses previously (about 2 months ago), came back to log some additional expenses and to my surprise found that all the previous expenses and activity in general were completely deleted as though I had never used the app at all. I suggest looking into a different app.

So far on the free version I love this app!!! they might start charging for the auto capture an autofill feature, but I would buy it because it's literally a breeze. One thing that would be really helpful to add is automatic category for expenses because mine are always under the other category. So that's the biggest gripe I have about the app but it works flawlessly. hopefully it can have a downloadable CSV file.

If you notice any mismatches, let us know via the app's feedback option under Settings or drop a mail to support@zohoexpense.com. We'll look into it and get it resolve it soon. Awaiting your mail.

Zero customer support. Submitted a question days ago and still have not received a response. User interface is clumsy and not intuitive. No way to upload from the cloud using the app. Supposedly there is a drag and drop feature but it cannot be found using the app. Would have saved a lot of time by just putting the info in a spreadsheet and attaching the receipts.
