I am pretty happy with the software and functionality. The new entire household monitoring (with Solar DLB setup) is a great addition. Only downside with that view is it is too small to read/see properly. Would be better to be able to expand the font size on that view. Edit : the DLB view is now improved in V8.19.5. Nice.

Stuck on loading. Totally doesn't work. Hope you guys are working on patches to get this thing working on popular Android models, samsung etc. Issue has NOT been resolved. Just stays on 'connecting' screen even though the Bluetooth signal is very strong.

Thank you for your comments! Some models of Samsung phones (S22, S21, S20) and other brands (sold in 2022) are due to a mismatch between the current Bluetooth version of the charging station and it. The issue has been resolved by updating the Bluetooth version of the charging station.

This app is terrible. Had lots of issues linking the charger, takes over 10 minutes to load and be able to activate charging, unintuitive instructions, Bluetooth constantly red. Hubby has an iPhone and it was much easier to link and use.
